"What are the stages of revival and what does my journey in revival look like? The investigation of this inquiry ultimately reflects how I am forever changing while constantly learning how to heal. My work guided me to accept that growth is not linear and that vulnerability is necessary. Through practice and experimentation of crochet, paper, nature and light I found that forms inspired by human anatomy and natural processes can convey the growing pains present in each stage of mental and emotional revival. Progressions and revisions are highlighted in sketchbook pages and process composites."
